Shelly Fairchild’s highly acclaimed 2005 Sony/Columbia debut album Ride spawned a Top 40 hit with the spellbinding “You Don’t Lie Here Anymore.” She found success again with her 2nd release, Ruby’s Money. However, her 3rd full-length studio album, Buffalo, marked an important milestone in her life and career. Rolling Stone spotlighted her as one of 10 Artists You Need To Know. In addition to her own records, Fairchild can be heard singing BGV’s on Eric Church’s “Creepin,” Jason Aldean’s “Burnin’ It Down,” Trace Adkins’ “Cowboy’s Back In Town” as well as select tracks on albums by the Randy Rogers Band, Terri Clark, Crystal Gayle, Tanya Tucker and more. As a songwriter, Fairchild appears on albums by Little Big Town, Emily West, and Tanya Tucker among others. She has over 80 sync placements in TV and Film. Her work has been featured in "Grey’s Anatomy", "Station 19", "The Biggest Loser", "Riverdale", "Roswell", "Selling Sunset", "Valor" and "Lucifer", as well as ABC’s “Summer Fun Games” promo and Fox Sports’ 2019 season promo. A longtime gem in the treasure trove of Nashville musicians, Shelly Fairchild regularly appears on the legendary Grand Ole Opry. She also hosts an LGBTQ night at Nashville’s Lipstick Lounge on the first Saturday of each month. She continues to write, record and release songs that she loves, cementing her already solid reputation as one of Music City’s most electrifying songwriters and entertainers.
