Gavin Greenaway is an Emmy® award-winning composer, pianist & conductor: From conducting over 100 feature film soundtracks to scoring music for the world’s major entertainment & sporting events and his acclaimed solo piano albums, Greenaway is widely admired. A multi-talented musician, Gavin has fostered relationships with many of the globe’s eminent music creators, conducting scores for the likes of Hans Zimmer, James Newton Howard, Henry Jackman, John Powell, Benjamin Wallfisch, Junkie XL & Daft Punk. Outside the world of film & television, Gavin has been engaged by some of chart music’s colossal production talents including David Foster, Phil Ramone, ‘Mutt’ Lange & Sir George Martin, with whom he has worked on recording projects for Luciano Pavarotti, Josh Groban, George Michael, Diana Krall, Andrea Bocelli & Shania Twain. In 2006, Gavin conducted the world premiere of Sir Paul McCartney’s oratorio Ecce Cor Meum at the Royal Albert Hall, London. Gavin’s international reputation for writing music has led to projects for Disney (Reflections of Earth, DisneyWorld’s EPCOT, Florida) and the IOC (2010 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony). In 2016, he released his solo piano debut Il Falco Bianco His 2nd solo album Woven released in Feb 2019 entered the UK Classical Artists Album Chart at number 20 and was described by Hans Zimmer as "Beautiful music, beautifully performed.
