Lange Frans & Baas B is a Dutch Iconic Hip Hop duo who grew up in Amsterdam sub-urb Diemen-Zuid and started a collective called D-Men in the 90’s from which several other acts started their carreer. Their first appearance was made in Amsterdam with various mixtapes “Straatremixes” which build their name in the underground scene. The release of their first album Supervisie in 2002 opened the door for a bigger audience. With Hits like Moppie & national #1 song Zinloos they managed to become one the biggest hip hop acts of their era. The follow up album Het Land Van brought them to yet a higher level. Their single Het Land Van entered the #1 in the Dutch charts at release date and gave them and the song an iconic status in the Dutch Music Industry. After the release of their third album Verder the guys seperated to return 10 years later with a remake of their classic song into Het Land van Vriendschap. The musical voyage of 2 friends continues.
