Ben & Tan won a very convincing victory at Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2020 (Eurovision) with the song "Yes" written by Jimmy Jansson, Linnea Deb and Emil Adler Lei. The song has proved to be very long lasting and has been a very big radio hit in Sweden and of course in native Denmark. Ben was born in 2002 to a German mother and a father from Madagascar and his full name is Benjamin Tsimialona Rosenbohm. Tanne Amanda Balcells has a Spanish father and a Danish mother and was born in 1998. Ben & Tan met on X Factor 2019, with Benjamin finishing second and Tanne number 4 as part of the girl group Echo. Ben & Tan plays folk pop with a rare spark and enthusiasm that shines through on all their songs. "Summer Nights" is an English interpretation of Danish Johnny Madsen's 1988 evergreen "Stjernenat". The latest single "Hallelujah" again written by dream team Jimmy Jansson, Linnea Deb, Marcus Winther-John and Emil Adler Lei and as something special the song is found in 2 versions, where the Christmas version is subtitled Christmas On My Lips.
