    1975年生まれ。沖縄～香港～東京育ち。 9才の時に「コンドルは飛んでいく」に感銘を受けケーナを始める。幼少より独学で馴染み培った南米フォルクロ－レやブラジル音楽を核にSOULやJAZZ、HIPHOPなどありとあらゆる音楽を飲み込み、吐き出すシンガーソングライター、ギタリスト、ボイスパフォーマー、インプロヴァイザ－。 声、ギター、フルート、パーカッションを自在に操り、卓越した技術とセンスに裏付けられたパフォーマンス、そして卓越した圧巻のエネルギーは観たものを虜にする。またシンガーソングライターとしての、ハイブリッドかつボーダーレスな楽曲は国内外多方面で高い評価を受けている。 これまでにMISIA、MONDO GROSSO、冨田ラボ、今井美樹、アン・サリー、平井堅、LOSALIOS、渡辺貞夫等にゲストボーカルやギタリストとして参加。またbirdや乙葉、多和田えみ、比屋定篤子などへの楽曲提供、ボサノヴァや映画音楽、坂本龍一監修の「日本のうた」など、様々なテーマのトリビュートアルバムにSaigenji名義で参加。 J-WAVE「サウージ！サウダージ」OP曲に「走り出すように」「Emperor's Road」「Sunflower」が使用されている。 Born in Hiroshima in 1975.
