Founded in 1984 when Eric Chen was in high school after he went to Tokyo and LA study Keyboard and Pro Audio Engineering In 1993 Eric met Josh Through a friend and they started working together at the same Music label in Taipei called Friendly Dogs They soon begin to find the drummer (Ming now in Mayday)and other old members Guitar Jimmy and Bass Chris The five young man were passionel for RnB Soul Funk Jazz and Fusion At the period of time there was a genre called Acid Jazz so they started to play and co writing songs Even they built a basement studio in TPE on their own Recording Rehearsal Song writing were all happening in the room They struggling if it’s going to release their debut album it means they need to quit their jobs Well we all have already known what happened In 1995 WHY NOT release first album Till now ...
