Biyografi
Based in Lyon, France, STEREOTYPICAL WORKING CLASS (#SWC) disseminates their melodic and powerful rock music since 1999. Their first EP ‘ILLUSIONS’ saw the light in 2003 and lead them to several featuring with others bands such as Mass Hysteria, Lofofora, Pleymo... They then started to work on their debut album handled by "Stephan Kraemer", "SANS REPERES" released in 2006 through Délivrance label, before to hit the road for a two years tour to promote the effort all around the French territory and over their native borders. Two years later, Stereotypical Working Class released an acoustic record called "STATION OF NOWHERE". It allowed SWC to go back on the roads again and justify multiple influences of their music. Alternating emotion and endless energy in their music, the SWC are back in studio in 2008 for the recording sessions of the album "DAY AFTER DAY" , mixed in Los Angeles by Mark Trombino (Blink 182, Jimmy Eat World, Finch,...) and released in 2009 ! After having again "cleaned out" a lot of French venues, the band goes to the USA in 2011 for a 3 weeks tour in 11 different states. Back from the US, they got back in studio in order to record their third full-length album called "EVERY COULD HAS A SILVER LINING", recorded / mixed by Fabrice Boy and mastered by Fred Kevorkian (Sonic Youth, The National, Drowning Pool). About six years later, the band is back to business with new stuff coming out in 2020. More rock’n’roll than ever. Stay tuned.
