In late 2010s, a group of misfits decided to make an interesting turn with their lives: instead of following the traditional Mexico City nightlife, they had vinyl listening parties. In those four walls, bathed with new wave, art rock and blues records, time stopped. This is Base Stereo Club, a place where people gather to share their taste for the beauty of life and really good music. After a couple of parties, Mauricio decided to create a band with the same name. Sustained by electric guitar tunes, Rhodes pianos and groovy percussions, this Rock band released their second LP called “Velvet Station”. The future of the band remains clear, living through the music played in the Base Stereo Club parties.
