Andrew Lockington is best known for his epic scores to Warner Bros Blockbusters “SAN ANDREAS”, “RAMPAGE” and “JOURNEY TO THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND”. Other highlights include the Golden Globe nominated “FRANKIE AND ALICE” starring Halle Berry, Peter Chelsom’s “THE SPACE BETWEEN US”, Fox 2000’s “PERCY JACKSON SEA OF MONSTERS”, Newline’s “JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH”, the Tom Hanks produced “CITY OF EMBER”, the horror film “SKINWALKERS” for Constantine Films and director Brad Peyton’s “INCARNATE” for Universal / Blumhouse. His award-winning independent films including the Sundance hits “TOUCH OF PINK“, “HOW SHE MOVE” and “LONG LIFE, HAPPINESS AND PROSPERITY” as well as the Toronto Film Festival favorites “MEDITATION PARK”, “SAINT RALPH”, “ONE WEEK” and “SIDDHARTH”. He is also a song writer / performer of multiple songs for film including Stalking Stars, featured in Ben Affleck’s 2013 OSCAR Best Picture winner “ARGO”, and Move On, featured in Chris Evans directorial debut “BEFORE WE GO”. Awards include ‘BREAKTHROUGH COMPOSER OF THE YEAR’ at the International Film Music Critics Awards, a nomination for ‘DISCOVERY OF THE YEAR’ at the World Soundtrack Awards in Belgium, and he has won numerous BMI and SOCAN Film Music Awards. Current releases include the 2019 Berlin Film Festival Opening night selection “THE KINDNESS OF STRANGERS” directed by Lone Scherfig, Richie Mehta’s evocative Indian series “DELHI CRIME” and longtime collaborator Brad Peyton’s Netflix Series “DAYBREAK”.
