PLASTICZOOMSは、70年代以降のPUNK/NEW WAVE/PSYCHEDELICを軸に音楽とファッションを同列に捉えるといった従来の型にはまらないコンセプトをもつグループ。 
 ルーツであるPUNKのDIY精神に拘り続け、全世界を視野に入れ活動する姿勢は、バンドとしても全く新しい立ち位置を確立している。 
 常にアップデートし続ける楽曲・日本人離れしたサウンドセンスは東京のシーンのみにとどまらず国内外からも多くの反響を得ている。 ドイツ・ベルリンに1年間拠点を移した経験を活かし、10ヶ国21公演に及ぶ海外ツアーを敢行するなど、活動の幅は多岐にわたる。 また、ファッション的なアイコンとしての人気も集めており、音楽家以外からのアーティストからの評価・ラブコールも多く、数多のコラボレーションを実現してきた。 
 2020年には満を持して自主レーベル『Wiggles & Jiggles Records』を立ち上げ、より一層自由に可能性を追求し続けていく。 
 
 PLASTICZOOMS was formed to pioneer the hybridization of music and fashion — combining elements of punk, new wave, and psychedelic rock hearkening back to the 1970s. 
 Punk began as a DIY movement, and sticking to these spiritual roots has allowed the band to establish a completely new view of the world. Every release challenges expectations in their native Tokyo scene, where they have become known for garnering attention abroad. 
 The group took this as initiative to move to Berlin for a one year residence, touring 10 countries with 21 performances soon after. Gaining popularity as fashion icons, the group actively collaborates with other artists, designers, and musicians. 
 As of 2020, the group has fully launched their own independent label, "Wiggles & Jiggles Records,” using creative freedom to their advantage as they continue to evolve.
