Lyndsi Austin is a singer/songwriter/producer based in Los Angeles. She is the front woman for K THX BYE and Tidal Babes. Lyndsi relocated to California from Salt Lake City, Utah in 2016, and has since been making a name for herself as a performer as well as a studio singer and songwriter. Shortly upon arriving in LA, she co-wrote and featured on the song "Got The Rhythm" for the motion picture Dance Camp. The song was released on the official soundtrack (Universal Music Group). Since then, she has received vocal credit on Mick Flannery’s self titled 2019 album which hit #1 in Ireland, as well as songwriting credit on American Idol finalist Brooke White’s album Calico. In November of 2019, Lyndsi Austin released her first single as a solo artist, an indie/pop cover of "Dancing in the Dark" by Bruce Springsteen, and has since release a series of singles including multiple collaborations with LA producer Nxghtshade. Her single “Hurt Like Hell” is the first release from her indie synth pop project K THX BYE through FiXT Neon. "Lyndsi’s solo sound veers far from the bouncy vocals she delivers when fronting Tidal Babes. Alone, she seems to have created a more chill, isolated feel – you know, the feeling you get when dancing in the dark. Lyndsi’s smooth, relaxed vocals amidst upbeat drum patterns sounds reminiscent of a popular Robyn hit – danceable yet wavy with a hint of nostalgia" - THE HYPE MAGAZINE @lyndsi.austin on TikTok
