Forged from the unforgiving streets of Peckham, C.S is a product of anguish and aggression. Hardened during the infamous days of Pecknarm’s PYGz, he has journeyed a gritty path and in turn, gathers this grit to smear across his music. A sound, at times, foreboding, governed by C.S’ commanding demeanour; though also of pain, love and hope, as C.S whispers communal heartache. C.S’ story begins when gangster rap was menacingly alive in South London. An uncommon past to most, now possessions much of his contents after hammering into him a calloused mindset. C.S left prison in 2017, before releasing freestyles across major UK rap platforms, gaining millions of views. Subsequently, this time serves as the longest C.S has been out of prison since adulthood, drawing attention to his determination and consistency of content. Ominous and captivating gales of lyricism, flow, and thunderous productions are intriguingly heard within his two EPs - 2019’s Everybody Hates Chris, and 2020’s Nothing Aint Nice (ft Krept, Headie One, Homerton’s V9, more). C.S has undoubtedly conjured a storm upon arrival and now pursues his next level, currently developing new music and documentaries.
