20 year old sangiovanni is one of the most exciting pop acts to have emerged in Italy in recent years. described by Billboard as “Italy’s new face of POP”, sangiovanni stands out for his original style of singing, and interesting lyrical choices. In his music, he talks about feelings of paranoia, euphoria, and the discovery of love. His 4xplatinum debut EP sangiovanni peaked at #1 in the Italian album chart (FIMI), where it remained for 6 weeks and it was the #2 best-selling album of 2021 in Italy. Meanwhie, his 7xplatinum smash hit malibu was the best-selling single, most streamed song and most watched music video of 2021 in Italy. The single has also achieved platinum status internationally. In 2022, sangiovanni released his platinum-certified debut album CADERE VOLARE featuring the 5xplatinum hit single farfalle which was presented at the Sanremo Festival. During the summer of 2022 “farfalle” was given a Spanish twist with the release of mariposas, his 5xplatinum-certified collab with the #1 Spanish popstar Aitana.   In just two years, Sangiovanni collected 25 platinum and 4 gold records in Italy, 5 platinum records in Spain, 7 platinum and 1 gold records in Switzerland.
