Atlesta is the pseudonym of Fifan Christa, Indonesia-based singer/songwriter. This project was founded in 2012 when he was producing soundtracks on Festival Project in Thailand. Playing electronic pop music with RnB sensibilities, Atlesta can be seen as one of the “pioneers” of electronic-music in his city, Malang. This Malang native has since released 3 full albums: “Secret Talking” (2012), “Sensation” (2014), and “Gestures” (2017). Sensation also has its own deluxe edition and Live Album namely “Live at Boulevard Hill”, both released in 2015. Tracks from “Live at Boulevard Hill” is also the part of a full-length music documentary titled “Lost After Løvv” which now can be viewed on Atlesta Official YouTube channel after previously being released on a DVD format. Aside from these albums, Atlesta has also released many singles. One of them “Pesona”, his first ever Bahasa Indonesia-song released at the end of 2018. The current single of his is “Living the Rumour”, released with its own Music Video on 15th of March, 2019. “Living the Rumour” will also be included in his upcoming EP scheduled in the middle of 2019. This very single also introduced the new persona of Atlesta named “Royalé Da Gustav” which marked the new era post Gestures album. - Randy Levin Virgiawan, Peka_ zine
