Maximus MMC is a French born, Hong Kong based producer/DJ that has multiple music projects under his bracket, including his much acclaimed collaborative project "Kinship", which was premiered on Pigeons & Planes in Fall 2015. After a long hiatus, he set his return in 2020 with a new EP entitled "BLEU", part of "The Outlaw Ocean" music project directed by Pulitzer price winner and NY Times reporter Ian Urbina. In 2021, a new house music EP dubbed "Cydonia" comes to fruition following his unconditional and ingrowing love for the same music genre. He collaborates with graphic designer Derick Van Wijk, who oversaw the art direction and visual artist & photographer Abdela Igmirien who worked on animations for the project. Currently working on several experimental projects, Maximus MMC pushes his passion forward to bring his own input to the beat-making, house and hip-hop music scene. His notorious sets are an exhibit of these genre-blending sounds, having played alongside the likes of A$AP Ferg, Pusha T, GoldLink, Smino to Masego while headlining Kitsuné Club Nights to Rinse FM shows. Receiving nods from taste-making imprints like Pigeons and Planes to VICE, Maximus MMC continues to push his sound and positive stage energy forward from Paris to the world, one bpm at a time. ~Tom Bray, Yeti Out
