Biyografi
Martin Baltser is an electro-indie and folk artist based in Aarhus, Denmark. His first album ’The Wasteland Incident’ was released in 2018 and reached half a million clicks on Spotify. He is currently working on his second album along with three cinematic video singles out in 2020. The first album was praised internationally for telling the incredibly honest story about being gay in a modern society. The music was picked by MTV Asia, German radio NDR2, playlists like alexrainbirdMusic, and German magazines Akustik Gitarre and Tonspion. All music was recorded and produced in a small Danish apartment in Aarhus by Martin himself. The music takes every-one on a fragile and yet magnificent journey with Baltser’s Falsetto on top of it all drawing parallels to artists like Bon Iver, Ben Howard and Sigur Rós. Martins heart lies with the lyrics where he is influenced all the way from songwriters such as Justin Vernon to Nick Drake to Jamie Woon. Baltser played his first headliner tour in Germany in 2019 and have played at Trans Musicales de Rennes (FR), SPOT Festival (DK), Norden Festival (DE). He also supported Luke Sital-Singh and The Bland. “Martin Baltser brings so many talents together that you get jealous. I had to play his music for a long time to everyone who didn’t get to safety in time” – Akustik Gitarre “With his debut album The Wasteland Incident Martin Baltser stands out of the countless” – Kulturnews
