goldenair is a Berlin-based producer/artist & sneakerhead. Born in the south of Germany, he grew up obsessively playing basketball & listening to 90ies HipHop and R&B with a particular love for G-Funk and New Jack Swing. In a pre-internet world, U.S. army barracks close to his parents place made sure the freshest records, jerseys & sneakers were always allocatable. Combine those influences with the early soundcloud stand-out producers like Lido or KAYTRANADA to get an idea of where goldenair is coming from. Strolling around somewhere within the realm of electronic R&B, he is blending all the sounds he absorbed growing up. There is an intuitiveness in his music, feeding off of childhood memories and those waves of emotions that constantly overcome you as a kid. He is on a quest to create his own version of those vibes that made him fall in love with this whole music thing in the first place. While producing tracks for artists like Rola or badchieff he started his solo ventures, having his debut single “Born In The LoLo” featured on The Sound You Need while No Holding Back (feat. Shibo) was released on @Majestic Majestic Casual ✨ 2022 is all about strengthening his foundation as an artist/producer. Right after dropping his debut EP "MOOD" this March with strictly Los Angeles based feature artists, his second EP is already in the wings (August 2022) and focuses more on European collaborations. “Perfect Timing” with Woodie Smalls just kicked off this next chapter.
