Scarlet Parke is a mogul on the rise. Originally from Seattle, WA, the songwriter and producer is often described as the perfect blend of two music powerhouses: Amy Winehouse and Ariana Grande. Her talent and ambition have not gone unnoticed, as she has been named and artist to watch by Refinery 29, Seattle Times, Seattle Refined, Revolt TV, and Voyage LA. In her most upcoming EP, Dreamgirl, listeners get to hear a different side of Parke. Parke herself said, "This album changed my life.
