Cassidy Civet, also known as CassidyTheCivet, is a Pop singer songwriter. Exploring a wide array of subgenres with an international view of Pop, using creative fusions of past and present, as well as world influence, told through an anthropormorphic lense all to deliver a new and unique sound the world has never heard before. Residing just outside of Vancouver, BC, in her home town of Port Moody, Cassidy has been writing music and poetry for most of her life, learning to compose on her own later as well as being a self taught vocalist. She released her first single "Comfort Zone" in 2018, and her first album "Double Take" in 2020. Her biggest influences would be Madonna, Amy Winehouse, Shakira, Timbaland, and Lights to name a few. Growing up in a musical household, she was exposed to music of new and old which shaped her into the musician she is today. Currently, Cassidy is working on her second album "cruel oasis", as well a currently untitled instrumental project. She can be found on Twitter and Youtube mostly, with demos and previews of all her work shared continually to Patreon. She is at the forefront of the furry musician and music scene, and wishes to continue making the scene as genre and performer diverse as possible. She was also a participant in Canada's Got Talent S2, as well as Una Voce per San Marino 2022 for Eurovision 2022.
