Popescu Iulia Alexandra[a] (born 2 October 1991), known professionally as Sandra N. is a Romanian singer and songwriter. Born in Câmpulung Muscel, studied at a catholic Irish school (Saint Jacob School), Dinicu Golescu highschool-foreign languages, and is licensed in Journalism and Science of Communication, graduating FJSC, from University of Bucharest. She was a national olimpic at History and Philosophy. She studied 3 years with a voice-trainer from XFactor - Crina Mardare. At 14 years she had her first album of pop songs, half of them composed by her; she was playing piano and guitar. In 2011 she met producer and Akcent member: Adrian Sina, and started pursuing a music career. She adopted the stage name "Sandra N." and adopted a dance style. Her debut song Adrian Sina feat Sandra N.- Angel(2011), and Akcent feat Sandra N.-I’m sorry(2012), both of them being top 5 heavy rotation songs in Romania, and also in other countries like Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, U.K., Russia, Mexic, India, Turkey and all balkan countries.
