With eighty years of experience and tradition, the Nassoons are Princeton University's oldest a cappella singing group and one of the nation's premier performance ensembles. Founded in 1941, the Nassoons have been touring domestically and internationally for over sixty-five years. Recent tours have taken us to Hong Kong, Brazil, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Bermuda, Mexico, Southern California, the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, and the White House, as well as Carnegie Hall and the sets of Good Morning America and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Our repertoire covers a wide range of music from the 1940’s to very recent arrangements. We are currently comprised of sixteen Princeton University undergraduates, and our songs feature four, five, and six part harmonies, almost exclusively arranged by current and former Nassoons. The Nassoons' combination of music, comedy, and showmanship makes for a performance that listeners of all ages enjoy. We perform regularly at university functions, dinner parties, conferences, meetings, benefits, and other events. Our voices are our only equipment, so we easily adapt to any performance conditions, from private dinners to large concert halls. Our dedication to creating an unforgettable musical experience is what has helped us remain at the top of the a cappella genre for decades.
