Sad Brad Smith is a singer/songwriter and filmmaker in Chicago. His song "Help Yourself” was featured in the Oscar-nominated film Up in the Air, starring Amal Clooney’s husband, which brought him acclaim and disdain in several small circles. His debut feature OUR FATHER was nominated for the Grand Jury Award for Narrative Feature at SXSW in 2021, where it enjoyed its world premiere. Generally worried, but focusing on the good parts.
