Amadeu Cavalcante, singer and composer from Amapá, born and raised in the city of Macapá, a city that has the privilege of being bathed by the Amazon River. He has already released several phonographic productions such as "Sentinela Nortente" (1989), "Estrela do Norte Norte" (1991), Tarumã (1996), Senzalas (2000), "Equinócio" (2014) and many other participations with various music partners. His alternative musicality, deeply rooted in the Amazon, gained popular acceptance and gave expression to the purpose he had longed for: the appreciation of Amazonian Music.
