In the beginning, there is hope Hope in a form of life created Hope in a form of love created And hope in a form of worship To the one and only Creator That man has the freedom to choose Hope becomes [distorted with thrones?] and glory From the time of Noah to the tower of Babel And the stubbornness of the Israelites Yet hope is not given up He breathes life to the bones and brings the dead to life Now the time comes when hope is not enough Bloods and sacrifices are not enough The time comes when He gave His only begotten Son So Man shall not perish but have eternal life Man knows the meaning of His love And be free by the name of Jesus The Son died and He 'rose again He ascends to Heaven and sends the spirit of new hope to humanity New hope that heals the sick New hope that strengthens the weak New hope that brings life to the dead Today may the God of Hope fill you With all joy and peace as you trust in Him So that you may overflow [like the hope?] of the Holy Spirit
