Edward Chen is a Christian singer that have brought new colors to the world of Christian music in Indonesia. At the end of 2002, Edward Chen started off his career by releasing his first Christian album in mandarin. It was only by His grace, that Edward Chen’s first album unexpectedly set a FANTASTIC record with the most first album sold as a newcomer. 
 In 2015, He had a chance to have a duet with The Legendary Don Moen on I Need You. 
 Until 2022, Edward Chen has released 26 solo albums. And Edward Chen also is a producer and a songwriter. Almost every album is multi language album ( Indonesian, mandarin, English ). He wrote many Christians songs that have been a blessing to all the churches and listeners, such as: Haiku Percaya ( trust in You ), Jangan Pernah Menyerah, Tuhan tak pernah gagal, Takkan Pernah Terlambat, Engkau Baik and many more.
