    New Jersey-based Action Item are a pop/rock quintet that play high-energy guitar and keyboard-based pop music. Centered around lead-singer/guitarist Brian Cag, the band also features guitarist/keyboardist Mark Shami, bassist Dave Buczkowski, and drummer Dan Brozek. In 2008, Action Item released its debut EP, The World and I and began touring extensively. Two years later, they returned with The Stronger the Love. By 2011, Action Item had developed a strong fan base buoyed by opening slots for bands like Hot Chelle Rae, Allstar Weekend, Boys Like Girls, and others.
