Damocles is a metal band from Turkey/Istanbul. Formed in 2022. Coming from a 2000s metalcore, heavy-metal, groove and melodic death metal background, band's sound has managed to merge these styles into one. Band has formed as "2 Players Remaining" previously by Yağız Sümer and Ahmet Muharrem Sevrin. "Dragon's Fall" was released as insturmental track before band evolved into "Damocles". Our debut album "Throne of The Khan" is released on 15.05.2022. Album has 8 songs. Album has recorded from our homes with a limited budget. Our singer/guitarist Yağız Sümer has recorded most of the songs and our drummer/producer Ahmet Muharrem Sevrin mix/mastered and produced the songs with Yağız Sümer. Current band line-up is: Yağız Sümer: Guitar/Vocals Tayfun Çolak: Guitar Burak Alanyalı: Guitar Kaan Emre Durmuş: Bass Guitar Ahmet Muharrem Sevrin: Drums All the songs and lyrics are written and produced by us.
