    Breaking into the scene with his Gifts & Curses project, it was clear that SportVVS is a sonic descendent of greats like Lil Uzi Vert, Travis Scott and the late Juice Wrld, all the while creating a sound that’s truly his own. Born to Panamanian parents on the outskirts of Washington, D.C., his bilingual upbringing adds a unique approach to his writing, often pulling from characteristics of the Spanish language to construct his hooks in English. He cemented a devoted following on Soundcloud and has cemented himself as one of the top surging acts in the underground. Sport has amassed millions of streams across DSPs with his own singles like Pink Roses and collaborations with SoFaygo Xhulooo and other new gen talent. Now, SportVVS is taking on serious momentum after a breakout year in 2022. Already in 2023 though the Dark Horse has been added back-to-back as a special guest for NYC and Boston stops on ,artists, Dom Corleo Corleo and UnoTheActivist's own respective tours. The Upper Marlboro, MD native is gearing up now for his EP, “B4:D4RK,” which according to him, showcases a darker side of his sound and highlights his roots as a DMV.
