Sanaa Moussa - Vocalist, composer and a song writer that has been singing her own potent brand of Palestinian classical and Folk music, with influences originated from the collective memory of the Palestinian people. Born in the Galilee, with a PhD in cell Biology and Neuroscience, Sanaa merged her passion for the arts with a passion for science, often blurring the lines between the two. Sanaa was distinguished in presenting the uncommon Palestinian music heritage, unveiled raw musical materials, digging for lyrics, songs and stories in the hidden Palestinian heritage, and re-molded in her own distinctive style. Her first research-based studio album, Ishraq – Reminiscence on Palestinian traditional music in 2010, shaped a new trend and approach in the re-imagining of traditional music. Her second album Hajess- Obsession in 2016. Music fusion with many international collaborated musical projects; e.g. Nordic music (Sweeden), Fado music (Portugal), and Raga music (India).
