Sakuraband is a Malaysian pop band from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Formed on the 1st October 2012, the band currently consists of four members; lead vocalist Melley Matius (Mell), 1st guitarist Ali Ezza Musavi (Ali), 2nd guitarist Muhammad Haniff Johari (Anip), and bassist Haikal Zainin (Akai). Performance wise, Sakuraband has performed on talk shows, corporate events, and charity concerts. Sakuraband has their own unique style and appearance which has always made them stand out. Sakura Band also performed the official song for Rapid KL’s 10th Anniversary, entitled Menghubung Impian, which was used in a RapidKL flash mob dance, which is written in the Malaysian Book Of Records for the “Most Participation In Flash Mob Dance with 3000 people”. Their fans, Sakuratics, are always intrigued when they watch Sakura live, as they bring their own style and energy to the stage.
