    Employing a lethal blend of heavy metal, post-grunge, and modern rock, Message from Sylvia was founded in 2016 by siblings Dane, Isaac, and Zachary Lopez-Smith after the amicable dissolution of their prior incarnation, First Decree. The active rock unit quickly became a four-piece with the addition of Echolove and DoryDrive vocalist Matthew Nevitt, and in August 2016, the group issued their official debut single "Heart of War."
