Biyografi

Fereydoun Foroughi (born January 29, 1951 - October 5, 2001) was an Iranian singer. He had a unique voice and style that soon attracted people's attention. In addition to singing, he also played the guitar and piano as well as composing. He started working in 1971 with the movie "Adamak" directed by Khosrow Haritash and performed two pieces "Adamak" and "Parvaneye Man". These two songs flourish and become popular and Fereydoun becomes famous. After some time, Fereydoun performed two songs, "Zendone Del" and "Ghame Tanehei", which made Foroughi an artist with style. He sang "Fatenah Chachem Posh" in a movie of the same name in 1972. In 1973, Amir Naderi's "Tangna" with exciting and moving melodies of Monfaredzadeh had Foroughi's voice in the credits. In the same year, he performed several songs, the most prominent of which was "Namaz", poetry by Shahyar Ghanbari and music by Monfaredzadeh. In 1979, Foroughi protested the country's situation with the release of the album "Bot Sheken". He stayed in Iran after the revolution and performed a concert. In 1981, he performed the song "Yare Dobstani" for the movie "Az Faryad Ta Terror" and after that he sang the song "Kocheye Shahre Delam". Fereydoun died at the age of 50 due to a heart attack at the age of 50 at his home in Tehran, and was buried in a village in Qazvin next to small ponds and in the shadow of a big mountain, in the peace that he had been waiting for years.
