    Cut from the same cloth as storied Texas songwriters like Guy Clark and Jerry Jeff Walker, Dalton Domino occupies a space in the modern music scene unlike any other, the hard scrabble troubadour who has lived out the songs he crafts. Born in Memphis, Domino’s nomadic childhood prepared him for a life on the road with a guitar and his songs being the only constant leading up to cementing his role in the Texas music scene in Lubbock, Texas. Daltons success only grew as he was mentored by the Dalai Lama of Red Dirt, Ray Wylie himself, and his catalogue of original music chronically loss, addiction and unrequited love grew. Fueled by the success of 2017’s “Corners” and relentless national touring, Domino audience has continued to increase exponentially in part due to his revolutionary house concert tours which have allowed the earnest nature of his songs to shine accompanied only by an acoustic guitar and enthralling storytelling. Along with his work as an artist, Dalton also heads Honcho Music Group (home to Jacob Stelly and Slade Coulter among others) which provides him the opportunity to allow artists the freedom and creativity that he saw missing from the industry in his time as a young artist. The upcoming release Arizona which has already spawned several critically acclaimed singles is due to be released in early 2022 and will be followed by a national tour highlighting the release.
