“Smiles for Miles” is the debut LP from New Haven, CT based Dumlords, a project started by Tyler Lindsay. The record is a collection of songs written and recorded by Lindsay featuring co-writes and co-production by some of his closest friends and collaborators over the last several years. 
 The album was primarily recorded at Lindsay’s home studio, “The Treefort.” After several projects were put on the back burner, he began working on some demo recordings which became the bed tracks of the album. 
 After several months of recording these new songs as well as finishing incomplete tracks from an earlier project called True Blues, the songs were mixed by Lindsay with the help of Tim Capezzone, also done at “The Treefort” 
 Lindsay states many influences for this record; from the glam rock of David Bowie to the low end knock of early 2000’s hip hop, he hoped to create songs with a classic feel with a modern and intense sound.
