Mehran Abbasi is a DJ as well as a producer who is currently based in Iran. He began his career in the electronic genre in 2005 and has inspired changes leading to better and enhanced outcome. As a pioneer and contributor to the electronic genre in Iran, he has earned the reputation of a prominent and professional remixer in the country. Some of his outstanding work has been showcased collaborating only with the biggest names in the field of pop music between 2009-2019. Well-known artist such as Mohsen Yeganeh , Shadmehr Aghili , Behnam Safavi , Morteza Pashaei , Tohi , Roozbeh Nematollahi and others have collaborated with Mehran Abbasi to release albums popularly known as "2 Djs From Tehran" by Amiryar and "Hobab" by Mohsen Yeganeh. His influence has reached to many companies such as Image-Line Company which develops FL Studio software in the field of music software production leading to major renovation on its 9-20 version. His name has further been continually seen alongside Amir Ali Zamanian which has been the underlying reason for the birth of many famous pieces in Iranian electronic music such as “Pishe khodami” and “Zire Aftab”.
