Matt Cohen aka matty co. is a new artist but with a rich history in the los angeles music community. initially known for his work in bands such as NEW LANGUAGE, Holy Wars, and Teenage Wrist, matty began writing his own tunes at the top of the pandemic as a result of some chapters ending, new ones beginning and ultimately as an outlet to process the hecticness of the year 2020. matty co. debuted in June 2022 with features such as Spotify's All New Rock, Fresh Finds Rock and We Found New Music. his music blends modern alternative, rock, and pop while keeping it fresh with a comforting familiar sound. follow now. there will be plenty of new music to come.
