ZAGA BAMBO An artist in full swing ZAGA BAMBO, the "conquering rebel" built a career with Afro Pop hits that moved Europe and Africa. His music is conducive to a lounge atmosphere while having enough power to heat nightclubs and concert halls. His ability to adapt to different genres comes from his varied history and musical background. Going from Bob Marley to King Mensah, Kalash and with a hint of Sean Paul, ZAGA BAMBO aims at his own musical style and new collaborations in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Who is ZAGA BAMBO? ZAGA BAMBO of Aglero-Togolese origin was born in Algeria and raised in Togo. At the age of 7, his father enrolled him in the Koranic school; there he was quickly recognized for his talent as a singer. Without even realizing it, ZAGA BAMBO was training for a future musical career. By the age of 12, ZAGA BAMBO had become the muezzin of the mosque he frequented. For 5 years, he performed daily calls to prayer, 5 times a day. When he was 17, he started listening to Hip-Hop music and RnB. From then on, he realized that he could reach a new musical style and go beyond what he had learned at the mosque. In parallel to this period, he discovered musical instruments for the first time in a local church. Without any formal training, ZAGA BAMBO, self-taught, learns to play the guitar and the piano. ZAGA BAMBO's first flirts with Afro Pop were love songs, reflecting his youthful adolescence, as shown in one of his first tracks "Moussenavivi".
