Ahadu is a trio of passionate Ethiopian artists rising at a meteoric pace, and changing the face of the Ethiopian music scene in their wake. 
 The name Ahadu symbolizes the Ge’ez letter meaning number one, with the moniker indicating something clear right off the bat; they were to be the first in this new musical revolution, leading the way and empowering a generation behind them to creating modern Ethiopian music for a global market.
