Please don't be offended by my honesty
Words are all I have and they put my mind at ease
Last night one of my youngest friends has passed away
She took a deep breath and it turned out to be her last
It feels sometimes we are pilling up more losses than gains
But we still hope everything is gonna be okay
And I've been mourning something else for quite some time
The death of only one thing I wish it was alive
I am not afraid of being alone
But I am terrified of being without you
Reason could not explain your sudden change of mind
You keep coming and going I wish you'd stay a while
Playing the hero or the villain you've always saved the day
Everybody needs someone to tell them it's gonna be okay
I've learned a lot of lessons and without any doubt
Foolishness is not letting the bad ones in but the good ones out
I believed you like the innocence of a child
I took a leap and closed my eyes before I hit the ground
And nobody tells you how much it is going to hurt
When you finally find someone that's worth
To risk it all, to hold your breath for
I wanna be the one to say that everything is gonna be okay
But I went through the month of November
That proved me wrong
