So many people hate me,
My friends have betrayed me, with no one here, I feel so alone.

My one and only goal, I feel worried and so hopeless,
Under so much stress, I've lost a piece of my soul,
So I say Lord I need you here,
I know that you can see I'm only human and my sin Is taking over me.
Lord guide us into your kingdom,

I go to my father of confession, and I get straight to my knee's.
Tears running down my hurt face as I tell him all my sinful deeds.
He tells me God still loves you, no matter how far you stray.
He prays the absolution and says I
Know you'll change starting from today.
Lord, I need you here,

You promised forgiveness to everyone who returns to you.
Without your love, without your mercy, I wouldn't know what to do.
You've accepted me with open arms,
Brought me back away from harm, you are so amazing, Lord .
As I kneel down, to you I pray and look up to you and smile, I say.
