I never expected you to understand The way we're living, what we're doing, or what I'm saying. According to you, we're children chasing down a foolish dream. According to you, I should've shed this lifestyle like snake skin at nineteen. I wanna go to where the ocean is. I wanna hang out with my favorite kids. Time keeps flying, but the world isn't big enough for my friends and me. We're still dying to find something intangible. I understand you just can't see. Don't mistake our youth for stupidity. Through all the places we've been. To all the strangers who became friends. I hope you know that I wouldn't trade this for anything. With the lights down low and spirits up so high. I hope you know that I haven't felt this good in such a long time. And I'm not saying there's a right or wrong way. All I'm saying is, the only way to live, is the one that makes you happy, 'Cause twenty-something seems a little young to give up everything you love. This is a chance we'd be more foolish to pass up.
