Well let's do another one that ended up in Queens of Avalon. Um, I won't give away the spoilers of the tale, But I'll let you know where it starts, And that is with the very unique (as far as I can tell) version of The story that the girls actually weren't enemies; Morgan le Fey, Who is usually cast as the villainess, and Guinevere, Who is cast as the good girl, they were women! And none of us, Women or men, are one thing-- none of us are villains or good kids, I mean we're all-- we've got a little bit of everything in us. And so these two girls meet when they're young, And they find that they actually get along pretty well. And they end up drawing a lot of strength from each other throughout Their lives, as they come to be the women-- um, The powerful queens that they become in the story later on. And of course, the world pulls them apart, But they do have a moment of truth where the question is asked, "Can you come back together after being so far apart either Philosophically or physically, Can you find that common ground that you once had? " This is the original of the song That became Trust Me Now. Three, four... With all the years between us You know I'd never lie Let other people judge us with all their own assumptions You know with me you never need to hide We'll never be those wide-eyed kids who fell in love then We'll never fit inside those narrow lines again We could pretend, we could pretend That never suited us somehow Trust me now Life is endlessly surprising Too precious to be squandered You know I've always loved you and I'll always be your shoulder I don't care how far they say we've wandered They think the only road is where they're heading But you and I were meant to sail upon the sea We could pretend, we could pretend But that never suited us somehow So trust me now I'll never weigh you like an anchor I hope you'll always see me there inside your sail... I can see you're always worrying What they'd say if they found out If they'd only listen, we might surprise them With what this choice is actually about We don't apologize for what we share between us We'll never hide ourselves from anyone again We could pretend, we could pretend But that never suited us somehow We could pretend, we could pretend That never suited us somehow Trust me now Trust me now Trust me now
