This world is worth a quit laugh
It's nothing epic
It maybe rates a paragraph
Life isn't always sunny I agree
Even so, it seems funny to me

Whoever made it sure set it up for comic style
There's reason to grow weary

Yet life does not seem dreary to me
The more I see it
The more the world looks like a play
A daily fantasy of kings in tinsel crowns
I watch the actors
And though I hear the worlds they say
I find it hard to tell the heroes from the clowns

You have to take the world in fun
Go on, enjoy it
There's nothing better to be done
Life's more than light amusement, I agree
But that's the only way that I can see it
