A young man sets out on a quest
In search of life's ultimate test
Seeking purpose, seeking worth
To find the value of his birth
He wanders far and wanders wide
His heart and soul are open wide
He learns from every step he takes
And every lesson that he makes
At last he finds the truth he sought
The answer that he long had sought
That all his struggles, all his pain
Had brought him to this very gain
For in the end, he now perceives
That all the joy and all the griefs
Are what make him who he is today
The sum of all his experiences, he' ll say
And so the young man comes to see
That his worth is found in simply being
That the purpose of his life, it seems
Is to live it fully, chase his dreams
