I bought a coffin and a house within a few months
It's like I get a little joy and then I lose some

But never thought you wouldn't be around this early
I was happen the day I picked up the keys
Still got reluctant peace
Everything's bittersweet
Still got most of the gifts you've given me
It's like they're keeping you close, never ghost
Reminders all over the home but better know

God I can't lie our relationship was strained last year
Couldn't handle the pain last year
I thought the faith that I had was all in vain last year

There's good times, hard times and we wrestle within
So now it's sweet chin music when I step in the ring
It's a miracle I'm standing today
And I wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for grace

I remember I was calling Your name
I wasn't getting an answer and I was getting frustrated
And so I opened the Bible
I started turning the pages
And I read You're keeping watch over the good and the evil
I can't see You but You see all Your people
