At last I realize, I see the world through different eyes
Now there's a feeling of joy in my heart
You know there was a time when doubt and strife controlled my life
Until I felt it would tear me apart
I was so lonely, waiting hoping for sight in the dark

A sudden vision of the world around that pushed me to rhyme
Another range of possiblilties justified my time
Here from my roof I see a scheme of things which pleases me
No desperation no fear and no doubt
I use to kneel and pray I could some day break away
