Track three is, "Death Proof" And uhm, I mean the title is named after my favourite Tarantino movie Uhm, and it's kind of an interesting story behind this song because, uhm I knew that writing kind of lyrics like "Burn, burn, burn my heart, burn my heart, baby" "Take a piece, yeah, I don't need all of it" Uhm, would definitely make people think about you know, heartache And, uhm, that sort of metaphorical, uhm, romantic idea of, of the heart, uhm And although it is kind of a comment on that, it's also very literal as well Because I had, I had like a surgery on my heart when I was 17 Where I did actually have to have some of my heart lasered off Uhm, it was like this procedure where they stuck tubes through me And I could feel my heart being burnt off and it was all a very big deal at the time Uhm, I'm fine now But yeah, I wanted the song to have that kind of interesting, uhm Mix of the literal and the metaphorical And I also wanted it to sound like a Tarantino soundtrack so You could tell it's a very surfy and stuff
