Who can resurrect your soul?

I'm livin' proof of this spiritual maintanance/
I'm now revering His patience and fearing His greatness (1 Chronicles 16: 25)

/ Cuz when Christ died we were crucified as well (Galatians 2: 20)
/--so our old body of sin can be done away with (Romans 6: 6)/
What a great gift, He's begun the face lift/
And just as Jesus rose from the dead-
We too walk in a newness of life in Union With Christ! (Romans 6: 4)
/ In the past my master was sin, it attracted my skin/
But I no longer have to give in! (Romans 6: 6)/
His word told me He'd change me with His might/
So I could be holy and blameless in His sight (Ephesians 5: 26-27)/
I was first regarded as that jerk He pardoned/
But I'm confident He'll finish the work He started (Philippians 1: 6)/
Modestly, in all honesty Christ lived flawlessly (Hebrews 7: 26)/
He's the Molder- I'm His pottery (Jeremiah 18: 6)/
He set me apart-- from the sons of destruction (Ephesians 2: 2)/
He's perfecting my heart- it's under construction (Philippians 1: 6)/

Christ doesn't just save us for forgiveness of sins/
He takes us to shape us into an image of Him (Romans 8: 29, Philippians 3: 21)/
Because Christ fulfilled the Law (Matthew 5: 17), when we were doomed with Satan/
Believers get His righteousness from imputation (2 Corinthians 5: 21)/
So there's no condemnation for His consecrated (Romans 8: 1)/
I know the process stated seems complicated/
But it's the Holy Spirit's keen medication/
All by His washing and regeneration (Titus 3: 5)/
He takes worms and maggots (Job 25: 6) and turns their habits/
I once cursed with madness I now serve with gladness (Psalm 100: 2)/
Tell me, who else can take vessels of strife/
And then transform them into stencils of Christ?/
Who else can take these random goons/
And then breathe life into abandoned tombs? (NOBODY!!!)/
Christ came to die (John 12: 27), His price claimed this guy/
His grace will save, plus His might sanctifies (Philippians 2: 13)/
As His workmanship (Ephesians 1: 10) my crew cares to please Him (1 John 2: 3)/
Dude there's a reason, it's fruit bearing season (Matthew 9: 37)/
We receive the win, He gave His life for this/
We'd been freed from sin, we're slaves of righteousness (Romans 6: 18)/

'How can a Holy Righteous God save a rebel?'/
The mystery is priceless, His decree is like this:/
Through Christ He makes the wicked positionally righteous! (Galatians 2: 16)/
No longer targets of His curses (Galatians 3: 13)/
He takes deceivers makes'em believers/
Then sets them apart for His purpose (Romans 8: 28b)/
Not only just the reverends/
We need to know this brethren/
The road that get's to heaven/
Goes through Romans 6: 11/
Acknowledging that's true what's already occured/
Christ died to sin-me too, the Lord said in His Word (Romans 6: 10)/
In Jesus we rest/
We've been freed from the mess/
By the Spirit we put to death the misdeeds of the flesh (Romans 8: 13)/
I know my place/
That's why I write my name in lower case/
The more I grow in His grace/
The more He shows me His face/
I praise Him and thank Him, through His working I get to have this?/
My sanctification's more certain then death and taxes! (Philippians 1: 6, 1 Thess.5: 24)/
